"You create the world, blink by blink. It is entirely yours to discover and yours to create.”
― Sophia Amoruso, #GIRLBOSS
personal
I was born in Puerto Rico (my mother’s homeland) and spent the first four years of my life living in the tropical paradise known as St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands. At 4, my family and I moved to Aiken, South Carolina (my father’s homeland), and I've been here ever since.
Esthetically and culturally, I've always felt a bit out of place in the area. However, the affordable living costs (when compared to other places), relative distance to other major cities, and the friends and connections I've made locally help me see this quaint southern town in a positive light.
I am just a human who is constantly growing and learning about who I am and what I stand for.
professional
My Professional journey began with a passion for graphic design, but my efforts in connecting with the community have allowed me to work in a variety of fields. I have worked for many years as a licensed cosmetologist, freelance designer, designer at a marketing agency, house cleaner, event coordinator, event DJ, social media marketer, enrichment director, and hospice sales consultant. Each new position has allowed me to learn about different facets of professionalism and business while opening my mind to understanding varying perspectives.
I've realized that if I can work so hard creating assets for other people, why not fully invest in myself and fulfill my own interests and goals? QUE: Shoujo Kiss. My brand, Shoujo Kiss, is a "kawaii culture collective" that embodies all of my favorite aesthetic interests, many of which are centered around Japanese pop culture. My goal for this brand is to create and sell merch, host events, and ultimately become a positive fixture in the community for other eccentrics with similar interests.
Alas, I’m always open to working collaboratively or taking on side projects as a freelancer, so please don't hesitate to reach out!

qualities
queer
I identify as non-binary (she/they) and pansexual, and I am a huge advocate for the queer community as a whole. I am incredibly passionate about the wellbeing of queer youth and want to start doing more things in my area to support them as a fellow queer adult amidst our conservative community.
neurodivergent
I was finally diagnosed with ADHD at 28 and BPD at 30. These diagnosis changed my life, and I am proudly attending regular individual and group therapy sessions to learn the tools so that I can be the best person I can be for myself and those around me. I believe that mental health awareness and education is so important for healthy people and a functioning society. I’m glad to see the stigma slowly get peeled away as younger audiences are embracing and encouraging the mental health movement.
multiracial
I am Puerto Rican, Black, Cherokee, German, and more mixtures that I have no clue about. Though I've always felt like I'm in a weird spot when it comes to race debates, I’ve learned to love the unique qualities that make me who I am. It also offers me a unique perspective when it comes to race that many others may not consider, let alone be aware of.
hobbyist
I LOVE hobbies and crafts. I collect dolls, customize them, paint their faces, make wigs, and sew clothes for them. The doll hobby has genuinely brought me joy and allowed me to utilize my expansive horde of craft supplies and creative skills. Not to mention, I've been able to build friendships with other hobbyists all around the world! I'm pretty slow to post lately, but you can see some of my work over the years linked here.
